Due to the delicate handmade nature of our goods, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind.
We ensure that every order is packed safely and securely and are not responsible for your package once it leaves us. Should your item be damaged in transit, this needs to be addressed with the shipment carrier for any claims.
